Our journey starts with picking our ingredients, either personally collecting these from a number of our generous and wise local growers, or by self harvesting & responsibly foraging from a few of our favourite places.
Nature is always at the heart of our work, and it calmly steers our direction, designs and creative urges.
Meet Jenna
Our founder, Jenna, is Bryonia’s head floral designer, educator, lover of colour and nature led design. Creating florals worldwide, including across Australia, New Zealand, Germany & UK.
Our Weddings
Wild, playful and unashamedly themselves, our flowers help to express plenty of unforgettable moments. Our romantic, seasonal arrangements are always foam free, sustainable and closely entwined with the natural world.
We offer a fully tailored service to each and every couple, with a complimentary initial consultation, take a look below to start your floral journey.
Education
Bryonia loves to create and collaborate with you through hosting various workshops, teaching new floral skills to beginners, or teaching experienced florists in a relaxed atmosphere.
We have a few group options available each year, aligned with the flower season and our present location. Bryonia can also offer bespoke one-to-one bespoke workshops to workplaces, businesses, fellow florists or flower admirers, tailored to suit learning styles, individual budgets and personal preferences.
